Great product, although struggle to get a good fit on bassinet seating due to larger leg room.
One downside is the pump is huge for travel. I purchased a smaller pump.

Today, I received an email stating, “We fulfilled your order from our store Plane Pal UK 14 days ago and would love to get your feedback.” However, I have yet to receive the product. Upon checking the delivery status, I found that the package has not even been dispatched from the shipping location. I am deeply concerned about this situation.

Sending a request for a review when the product has not been delivered is inappropriate and has only heightened my frustration. I kindly request the following actions from you immediately:
1. Provide an update on the current status of my order, including accurate delivery information or confirmation of stock availability.
2. If the product cannot be delivered, please issue a full refund promptly.

I expect a response within three business days. If no action is taken, I will escalate this issue through the payment platform or relevant consumer protection channels.

The product works great, but the pump is way oversized for travel. We bought a small rechargeable pump from Amazon for $10 that fits easily in the bag. For the $125 price tag I think you could provide something more travel friendly.
